Announcements for Club Officers

Dear Club Officers of District 3,
Welcome to the new 2021-2022 Toastmasters year. We are honored to provide the following announcements for all club officers in District 3.
|
CLUB PROXIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ELECTIONS
|
We will be electing International Directors/Officers and voting on proposals during the business meeting at the annual convention in late August.
PRESIDENTS and SECRETARIES, please assign your club proxies. Even if you plan to attend the business meeting and vote, please assign the vote to yourself in Club Central (click on Club Proxy Assignment and select Send a
Club Delegate, see video link below for an easy guide). If you do not plan to attend, or if you plan to attend but do not know enough about the candidates or proposals, then please make sure you assign your proxies to the District Director or another Toastmaster that has reviewed the candidates and proposals no later than August 16th. Please note only the club president and/or club secretary can vote or assign proxies for the
club.

All clubs that successfully assign their proxies by August 16th
will earn a 5-pack set of Toastmasters Core Value Coins!

2021 VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

CONGRATULATE NEW CLUB OFFICERS

Promote your new club officers on your website or social media with the graphic slides prepared for your use!
Attached are two different formats to post your Club Executive Committee.
All you need to do is:
- open file in PowerPoint - insert Club Officer pictures and edit text
- when you are done, select File, Save As
- change the format to JPG or PNG
- select CURRENT SLIDE, and you're done!
